30-Day Online Return & Exchange Policy:
 
To return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team by calling 1-800-PMBELT-0 (the “0” is a zero). You may also sent a FAX to 607-547-1366 or an email to info@pmbelt.com. Your total satisfaction is our top priority!

We want to be sure that you are totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 15 days of the date on the invoice. We will gladly exchange it or credit your account. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn & unused, with a copy of the original invoice included. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning for an exchange, we will ship the replacement to you at no shipping charge.


Exceptions to the Return Policy:

We do not accept returns on CLOSEOUTS, DISCONTINUED items, or items purchased on SALE.
